IRC channel

The Bug Labs development, QA, and support teams are availabe on our IRC channel just about 24 hours a day. If you are unfamiliar with IRC, there is a web interface from Freenode that is an easy way to access our channel. We are on the freenode.net network, and the channel is title #buglabs. See below for a screenshot.
